This information is used solely to connect you with the appropriate team member or provide you with requested emailings. Rest assured, your details will be securely emailed to our team or stored in our mail list system or on our Portal if you are a client, and removed from our website within 7 calendar days.

Some of this information also applied to our Customer Service Portal (the “Portal”).  The Portal exceptions are noted at the end of this document.  This document also explains the choices you have regarding your information. By accessing or using the Website or Portal, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in this Policy.

We do not collect identifying computer information such as IP Address or Geo Location.  We may also use cookies or similar technologies to collect this information.

5.1 You have certain choices regarding the personal information you provide to us:

  1. You may choose not to subscribe to our mail lists (any time you provide your contact information, if we would like to add that information to a bulk messaging solution, we will ask to to opt-in to such emails)
  2. You may update or correct your personal information by contacting us directly;
  3. You may opt-out of receiving promotional emails from us by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the emails;
  4. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but please note that certain features of the Website may not function properly without cookies.

5.2 As an active client of Ambrosia Digital Tranformation, your business or organization will be expected to provide a primary contact with an email account for the delivery of official messages including invoice notifications, service change or interruption announcements, and other important business communications that need to be provided to our clients from time to time.

Portal Exceptions

9.1 The Ambrosia Digital Transformation Portal ( is provided as a white-label solution by SuiteDash.  Data captured on the Portal is necessary to provide services to, communicate with and manage invoices for our clients. Your data will be retained on this platform as long as we are providing services, proposing services or promoting services to you.  Each client is expected to provide a primary contact who receives operational communications and invoicing. As mentioned elsewhere, we do not have access to your actual credit care information at any time in compliance with PCI standards.
